Spooky Waters

Prepare to be spooked at GSEP’s annual Halloween festival at Camp Laughing Waters! Grab your costume and bring your flashlight for a walk along the dark trails to campsites haunted by older Girl Scouts performing spooky skits just for you! See how far apples can fly when you go “apple chunking.” Enjoy other activities such as Halloween crafts, glow-in-the-dark gaga, and ghosts and ghouls that go bump in the night. All troops must meet girl-adult ratios for their group. Families welcome! Adults must supervise children during the event; one adult must register for every three children. Event is rain or shine, warm or cold. For Halloween fun without the spooky atmosphere, Brownies and Juniors should attend Autumn Adventures earlier in the day. Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors interested in helping to plan and run Spooky Waters must register for and attend Sundae Sunday. *Includes a hot dog dinner (pre-scheduled times) and event patch.
